TAG-Confucius Institute Launches Chinese Language Courses at Duroub Academy
On October 3, TAG-Confucius Institute (TAG-CI) launched
Chinese language courses for the first time at its new teaching site Duroub
Academy. The courses enrolled 40 students from Grades 4 to 7. This initiative
marks an important step in the educational cooperation between TAG-CI and Duroub Academy.
During the classes, the students
learned basic Chinese under the guidance of the teacher from TAG-CI and
actively participated in classroom activities. Showing great enthusiasm for the
new subject, they took their first steps in learning Chinese in a relaxed and
enjoyable atmosphere.
The introduction of Chinese language courses at local schools
has further expanded the reach of TAG-CI’s Chinese language teaching services,
providing more Jordanian young people with opportunities to learn Chinese and
gain a better understanding of China.
Looking ahead, TAG-CI will continue to respond to local
needs, actively expand its network of educational partnerships, and bring
Chinese language education to more schools. Through these efforts, TAG-CI aims
to further strengthen educational cooperation between China and Jordan and
foster mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of the two
countries.
