“Hadaf” Approves the International Diploma in IT Skills to Promote Workforce

RIYADH - Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) started implementing a distinctive program named, “Hadaf”, aiming to promote the national workforce and provide them with opportunities to acquire accredited professional certificates in several professional fields needed for the labor market.

Ten professional certificates were approved for qualifying professionals on an international level in several fields. The International Diploma in IT Skills validated by Cambridge international examinations- university of Cambridge is one of these certificates.

The program will contribute in raising the efficiency of individuals working in both public and private sectors, increasing productivity in the labor market, and creating more job opportunities and career development of national competencies through the principle of “Development & Substitution”.

HRDF connected this program to the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Labor and its institutions, and to HRDF strategic objectives seeking to build productive and stable national workforce. HRDF coordinated with Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in order to verify license and accreditation for the parties providing certificates inside the Kingdom.
