Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society holds a training course in human resource management


Amman - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society conducted on October 17, 2009 a training course on the "Human Resource Management" in its training facility. A group of students and members of the TAG Knowledge Society participated in the course.

The course addressed several topics in human resource management and personnel processes, including selection and recruitment, training and development, appraising the performance of employees, job descriptions, compensations and wages, public relations, and providing social and health services to workers.

The course was carried out by Dr Mohammed Al-Raoud, a specialist in this area. He used the method of dividing the participants into working groups to discuss the topics of the course through concept and knowledge exchange and brainstorming. This method has had a positive impact on the quality level of the course, which was commended by all participants. They urged TAG Knowledge Society to continue to hold such courses.
